1. Agreement

By accessing or using PulsePilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PulsePilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps clinics manage leads, track bookings, and automate follow-ups through messaging channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, and SMS.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

PulsePilot offers monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

4. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of a charge. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PulsePilot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

PulsePilot and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by PulsePilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
